Tables

Tables can be used to display data in a table, or can be used for formatting. It requires the <table>, <tr>, and <td> tags.

Style Attribute

The style attribute can be added to many different html tags. It changes the appearance of these things in many different ways.

Two examples would be;
<h1 style="color:blue;">This title is blue</h1>
<p style="font-size:125%;">This text is 125% the normal size</p>

Lists

Ordered lists are designed for things that require to be in a specific order (map directions), while unordered lists are for things that don't need to be in order (grocery lists).

Images

In order to place an image on a webpage, you need to use the <img> tag. Now, the <img> tag requires an attribute to work, so you need to add src and alt to the <img> tag. So, now that you have <img src="" alt="">, you need to place the image file in the folder that contains the .html file, and place the image file name in src. In alt, you need to provide an alternative text name for the file. In place of the file name in src, you can provide a link to to the file on an external server.

HTML Tags

What is HTML? HTML stands for Hypertext Markup Language.
What is the difference between the text editor and the browser? The text editor is used to write the code, while the browser renders and displays the code as it's meant to be seen.
What are tags? Tags are instructions for the computer.

Head & Body Section

The head section is the section that contains background data and information the user usually doesn't see. It contains things like the tab title, the description, and tags. It can also contain other meta-data items. The body is where all of the content that the user will see will go. Any data in this area will appear on the webpage (in most cases, tags and certain other items will be omitted from normal view.)

Computer Experience

I have a generally extensive knowledge of computers. I've lived with computers for most of my life, and take a deep interest in them and their inner workings. I aspire to work in the field of computer sciences. I love making things, and I've self-taught myself batch as it was the easiest thing I could learn at the time. I love to learn anything and everything about computers.
